Take Care is a collaborative three year state-wide project delivered by Country Awareness Network (CAN) and the ALSO Foundation. CAN leads the rural/regional stream of the project - Take Care OutBack There, while ALSO directs the metro componenet - Take Care Out There. The three year program will see the implementation of state-wide initiatives that will result in the development of health promotion strategies, activities and campaigns that support the needs of rural/regional community networks (& metro partners); raising awareness of transmission and prevention of HIV and other STIs.
